Virginia M. King - Office Manager
Virginia King serves the Firm as Office Manager and, in addition, is responsible for all accounts receivable and payable. Her duties enable her to be in personal contact with most of our clients on a regular basis.
Virginia brings over 20 years experience in nonprofit management to our team, so she has a true understanding of the challenges faced by those we serve. Prior to AHM&P, Virginia was with the American Red Cross/Metro-Atlanta Chapter, where she was responsible for the development of their Strategic Alliance Program, working with some of the largest corporate entities in the Atlanta area. Taking this new program from concept to reality, Virginia provided the expertise and management skills necessary to see the program become a viable addition to the Development Office at the Atlanta Chapter.
Virginia also served in executive management positions with nonprofit programs including Director of Senior Services with the City of Gainesville, Georgia; Executive Director of Haven House Hospice Foundation; Executive Director for National Episcopal Coalition on Alcohol and Drugs; Director of Family Recovery Ministries of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta; Assistant Director, Episcopal Charities Foundation of the Diocese of Atlanta; and Executive Director of Greater Bridgeport (Connecticut) Community Energy Bank
Judy K. Anderson - Project Director
Judy K. Anderson serves the Firm as Project Director. In this role she collaborates with AHM&P partners to provide a variety of clients with campaign strategy studies, strategic planning, major gifts/grant writing, and campaign staff training. She has been exceptionally invaluable in helping clients prepare successful proposals to the Kresge Foundation, resulting in over $4 million in grants.
Judy joined AHM&P in 2002 following two years of freelance consulting and grant-writing with small non-profit arts groups and the Fulton County Arts Council. During more than 20 years in the development field, primarily with arts organizations, she has worked with Board members, volunteers, and consultants to plan and implement successful capital and endowment campaigns, annual fund and membership drives.
As a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Judy serves on the Atlanta Chapter Education Committee, and volunteers for National Philanthropy Day. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BA in journalism. A sample of Judy's current and recent clients include:

Jane L. Scott - Project Manager
Jane serves the Firm as Project Manager and provides a wealth of results-oriented services to
clients, specifically as a key member of the Firm’s marketing team. She is Assistant Editor of the Firm's e-based newsletters, Editor of the Firm's annual cookbook, and maintains the Firm's database. Jane served as Co-Chair of the Day of Events Program Committee for National Philanthropy Day 2007.
Jane has a B.S. in Biology at Wofford College, where she worked as a student athletic trainer for the football team. Due to her own knee injury, Jane left the football field for the athletic development office. There she served three years helping to cultivate and fundraise for athletic scholarships, of which she was a recipient.
Jane and her husband, Jeremy, now serve on the Board of Directors for the Pups Club at Wofford College. This Board is responsible for engaging young alums’ involvement in giving back to Wofford, specifically for athletic scholarships. Jane serves on the Development Committee for Lutheran Towers in Atlanta which provides housing to low-moderate income senior citizens.
Keisha L. Tennyson - Project Manager/Client Development
Keisha serves the Firm as Project Manager of Client Development and provides results-oriented services. An initial point of contact for new clients, she helps to determine which AHM&P results-focused service – ranging from campaign strategy studies and development audits to strategic plans and campaign counsel – best serve their needs. In additional to developing unique plans of action in response to client needs, she also helps to direct marketing efforts and implement processes and strategies for new business development. Keisha works to forge relationships and partnerships that produce favorable fund-raising results for AHM&P clients.
A member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Keisha volunteers for National Philanthropy Day, having previously served as Co-Chair of Day of Events, and now serves as Chair of Past Honorees. She is a current member of the L.E.A.D Atlanta Class of 2008, a program of Leadership Atlanta, and also an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta, serving as Co-Chair of her Community Placement. Keisha attended Valdosta State University and Macon State College and holds a business degree.
In her role as Project Manager of Client Development, Keisha has been instrumental in guiding prospective clients through the process of becoming one of the many clients AHM&P is proud to serve.
Eleanor Caswell - Project Coordinator–Hospitality
Eleanor serves the Firm as Project Coordinator- Hospitality. Hers is the first voice you usually hear when phoning the firm and her gracious southern warmth will greet you when you visit the AHM&P offices. Her results-oriented responsibilities include coordinating all hospitality efforts and meetings for the Firm’s guests, assisting in the preparation of marketing projects, workshops, proposals, and ensuring that meetings and workshops run smoothly. She also provides assistance with a variety of client support for other AHM&P services.
Eleanor graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Drawing from The University of Georgia. During her time at UGA, Eleanor participated in juried art exhibitions, served as a member of the student art association, and spent a semester studying art in Cortona, Italy. She has spent time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and The Georgia Museum of Art and is excited to bring her quietly creative spirit to a firm that works to help nonprofits achieve thier philanthropic goals.
Simon Chio - Project Coordinator
Simon serves the Firm as Project Coordinator, providing results-oriented services to clients. Simon’s primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating campaign strategy studies, development assessments, and strategic plans; working closely with clients and three of the Firm’s Partners on day-to-day activities; serving as Proofreader for the Firm’s newsletters; and assisting with other marketing and public relations projects.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a major in Advertising and a minor in Geography from the University of Georgia. While at UGA, he had the opportunity to work in the UGA School of Law where he maintained the Development Office’s database and donor profiles. He currently serves on the University of Georgia Young Alumni Council which focuses on increasing membership and giving among the University’s recent graduates. Simon served the community as a youth soccer coach at the Athens YMCA and now volunteers his spare time as a youth soccer coach at the Cowart Family Ashford Dunwoody YMCA in Atlanta. As a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Simon assisted with the annual philanthropy efforts to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network through the UGA Dance Marathon, where he also served on the Media Committee. The student-run organization raised over $1 million during Simon’s four years at UGA.

Alexander Devereux - Project Coordinator
Alexander Devereux serves the Firm as Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant. He uses his organizational and operational skills and professionalism to provide a wealth of results-orientated services including coordinating the daily needs of clients for three managing partners, assisting with partner and client support of campaign strategy studies, development assessments and executive searches. He also helps our Managing Partners keep AHM&P running like a well-oiled machine.
Alexander brings over 20 years of both work and volunteer experience in the nonprofit field to our Team. Prior to joining AHM&P, Alexander was with Creative Living Health and Wellness Center, where he served as the Office Manager for over 13 years. Alexander’s project management skills helped the organization grow from a staff of five to an organizational structure of over 25 employees with 7 satellite offices during his tenure.
He has served as keynote speaker, event host and event planner for several high-profile events and fundraisers. He is the Founder & Spiritual Director of the Enlightenment Chapel, Inc.; Founder & Executive Director of the Enlightenment Lounge, LLC and Founder & Executive Director of From Prisons to Possibilities: Men’s Transformative Program. Alexander holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Morehouse College
Heather C. Harris - Project Coordinator
Heather serves the Firm as Project Coordinator, and provides results-oriented services to clients and works with three of the Firm’s Partners. Heather manages and coordinates campaign strategy studies and development assessments, and works closely with clients and Partners on an on-going basis to provide materials and support as needed. Heather also serves as Campaign Coordinator, providing direct support for active client campaigns, having worked recently in this role for North Georgia College & State University.
Prior to joining the AHM&P team, Heather worked at The Southern Center for International Studies and LOMA. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in German and Psychology from The University of the South. While at Sewanee, she was the recipient of the Deutsche-Verband Americhaische Clubs stipend, which funded a year of study in Bavaria. Her experience abroad sparked her interest in non-profits and international affairs, leading to her work as a Program Coordinator at The Southern Center, and now at AHM&P.
In Heather’s spare time, she volunteers, teaching English to international students and business professionals.

Andrea E. Olivier - Project Coordinator
Andrea serves the Firm as a Project Coordinator and provides results-oriented services to clients. She works with three of the Firm’s Partners. Andrea serves as a liaison between clients and Partners, provides support with campaign strategy studies, development audits, campaign counsel, and other services provided by the Firm.
Andrea has a B.A. in Business Management from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts. Her previous work experience includes Merial Limited, Coca-Cola and Starwood Properties. Andrea has volunteered her time at the Dogwood Festival, StandUp for Kids, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals' National Philanthropy Day.
